A Reiki Session…

can be performed in person or via distance. There is no special preparation necessary for either. In person usually you will lie on a table fully clothed, or sit in a chair. Reiki will even work over great distances and into the past and future! Unlike massage there are no oils used, and no clothes removed.

I place my hands on or above your head, shoulders, back, chest, stomach, and limbs and usually follow a routine series of hand positions.

The energy gently and powerfully promotes balance in the body. Once the energy is balanced and blockages are cleared the energy flows and positive results occur.

In the coaching context, Reiki can be and is channeled through our conversation. I listen to you deeply with my ears and my heart. I hear not only what you say but also what you don’t say. There is divine wisdom in all of us. I can assist you in accessing yours.

Coaching

Just as Tiger Woods has a coach to help him be his best and obtain his goals, you too can utilize a coach to clarify and achieve your goals, to live your best life. Coaching can help you bridge the gap between what you are experiencing and what you want to experience in your life, relationships, career, or business. Coaching is not therapy. It is not concerned with past behavior, but with future performance.

What could you do with a coach? What unrealized goals do you have? What would your life look like if you achieved them? What could you accomplish if you had your own personal coach… a sounding board, someone who listens… really listens to you, someone who believes in you and is unconditionally supportive of you? Someone who can hold a vision for you and help you attain your goals and hold you accountable for achieving whatever your heart desires. Don’t you owe yourself that opportunity?

How does it work?

Our meetings are private, confidential, pre-scheduled sessions generally lasting about an hour. Meetings can be held either in person or over the phone, so geographical location is not a factor.

During these meetings the focus is on you, the client. I listen to you fully and with unconditional support. I believe you are smart and capable.

I ask provocative questions. Trusting that you have your own answers, I create the opportunity for you to hear them. I am trained to help you reveal your own wisdom with as much ease as possible.

I have found Reiki energy to be very beneficial in this process. I employ the Reiki energy work in our sessions. It is highly effective in supporting emotional and spiritual transformation and personal growth in my clients. Through Reiki and coaching my clients experience positive lasting change in their lives.
From time to time, I may also incorporate EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Bach Flower Essences, Qigong or other modalities to support my clients progress.
